Myie+Alison

I am sooo excited for my all day Mylie+Alison Day on Saturday. Alison is a photojournalism major and a very dear friend of mine. I commissioned her this summer to take some senior photos for me this year for me to give to family, use for graduation invitations, etc as I have hardly any professional photos of me since I LAST took senior photos for high school. I really did not have anything in particular in mind other than I wanted to get some shots with Will Rogers when he's all wrapped up for the football games. Well, Alison went to Austin this weekend to visit a friend and texted me on the way there to let me know that there was a huge sunflower field right outside of Slaton right now and that she wanted to get some shots of me with the sunflowers. I have wanted to do that since I first saw the sunflowers near where we live last year, so OF COURSE I said yes! So, we decided to go this weekend after we hit an early morning garage sale so that she can get a bike someone is selling. She needs it to ride to school every day from her aparment because she does not have a car. And today, while I was walking aross campus, I had to pass by the leisure pool and thought, "Man, I really want to be in the water right now." So we added THAT into our list for Saturday as well. Garage sale, sunflower photo shoot, and leisure pool. Pretty good ending to the first week of school. ;)
